Résumé
The issue of illicit traffic in the region has become more acute in recent years due to the ongoing conflicts in potential source countries for illicitly trafficked objects and museum collections. The Gulf region also has a burgening museum sector with many private collectors and museums emerging in recent years. These factors exacerbate what has already been a long-standing issue across the region. This activity will promote regional solutions aimed at combatting the problem, as well as supporting national events, workshops and initiatives at country level.

Participating Organisations (Funding) : Contributions to the Regular Programme
Budget : US$ 40 086
