Résumé
In this thesis the response of different potato cultivars (Solanum tuberosom L.) to dryness and salinity stresses were studied in the condition of in vitro. Five potato cultivas including Agrica, Savalan, Caesar, Marfona and Satina were used as plant material. In salinity stress, four NaCl levels of 0 (control), 30, 60, and 90 mM were employed. In drought stres, six levels of 0 (control), -0.5, -1, -1.5, -2 and -2.5 PEG 6000 were used. In the study of salinity and drought stresses, the parameters of plant height, root length, major root number, minor root number, the number of microtuber, the weight of microtuber, the weight of microtuber, the weight of dry microtuber, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, fluorescence Fo, fluorescence m, and fluorescence v/m were measured. Different items of potato, in the study of dryness stress in the condition of in vitro showed decrease in plant height, root length, major and minor roots number, the number of leaves, carbohydrate degree, number and weight of microtuber, dry microtuber weight, the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, the total degree of chlorophyll, fluorescence m degree, and fluorescence v/m degree, while they showed increase in the degree of proline, and fluorescence Fo degree.
