Résumé
In this study, it is evaluated the regional climate change in west regions of Turkey by using the important parameters such as, minimum temperature, the number of days covered in snow and precipitation. It is determined how these parameters changed for the last 50 years, also the trends of all the parameters are shown by graphics. On the other hand the power plants profile is identified, they classified according to their capacity, fuel. In addition their total CO2 emissions are calculated by using IPCC methodology. Finally, the energy sector in Turkey is handled, improving the new policies for the judges of emission sources.
