Résumé
This research was conducted in Yıldızören village of Çifteler county in 2013. In the experiment, effect of nitrogen doses (0, 5, 10, and 15 kg N da-1) and phosphorus (0, 3, and 6 kg P2O5 da-1) on plant height, number of branches per plant, seed yield per plant, 1000 seed weight, seed yield per decare, seed oil content, and oil yield per decare of false flax (Camelina sativa (L.) Crantz), grown under Eskişehir ecological conditions, were studied. The experimental design was Split Plots in Randomized Complete Blocks with 4 replications. Results have shown a positive effect of nitrogen fertilizer on seed yield, 1000 seed weight, and oil yield. Phosphorus fertilizer positively affected seed yield, 1000 seed weight, oil yield, and plant height. Nitrogen x Phosphorus interaction was statistically significant only for plant height. Nitrogen fertilization increased seed yield from 71,5 kg/da to 98,9 kg/da and the most economical nitrogen dose was found as 13,71 kg/da. 1000 seed weight was increased from 0,98 g to 1,03 g and oil yield was increased from 24,8 kg/da to 33,5 kg/da by nitrogen fertilization. Phosphorus application increased seed yield from 79,3 kg/da to 97,3 kg/da, 1000 seed weight from 0,99 g to 1,04 g, oil yield from 27,9 kg/da to 33,5 kg/da and plant height from 61,7 cm to 64,7 cm. Average values obtained in the experiment were 63,5 cm for plant height, 13,9 for number of branches with capsules per plant, 3,83 g for seed yield per plant, 87,4 kg/da for seed yield per area, 1,01 g for 1000 seed weight, 34,8% for seed oil content, and 30,4 kg/da for oil yield. As a conclusion, both nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizations were found to be effective on yield and yield components. Since there has not been enough experimentation on this species in our country, more detailed studies are needed.
