Résumé
Phosphorus is one of the most important elements for plant growth and development next to nitrogen resulting to the important role in all biological processes in plant life, and formatting energy rich compounds (ADP and ATP). Phosphorus under alkaline conditions in sami-arid soils such as our soils of Egypt was found in high amount of complex precipitated unavailable form for plant. Consequently, should be furnishing the soil with this element in the available form for plant uptake. The intensive applivation of chemical fertilizers leads to major environmental and healthy problems, with addition, the world going to use the bio-organic fertilizers to produce high quality, healthy and safety products and clean environment, what is colled ’’ Clean Agriculture System’’ So the present investigation aims to evaluate to what extend the phosphorus biofertilizers could replace application of phosphate-fertilizer, and study protection of the phosphate dissolver cell against environmental adverse conditions using sodium alginate immobilization system.
