Résumé
This study could be divided into four parts, the first one delt with the molecular markers for salinity tolerance in barley, ascertain whether genotypes which treated with three salinity levels (5000 ppm ,10000 ppm and 15000 ppm) and to examine the effect of salinity stress on a and b- esterase activity in barley evokes qualitatively similar effects as those under control (300 ppm), and use ISSR markers as a quick and easy method to search for DNA markers associated with salt tolerance in the tested barley genotypes.
