Specific objectives The international conference on water augmentation intends to unite scientific researchers that are working throughout the globe to increase the water availability in drylands. Secondly, it aims at generating useful output that can stimulate new techniques to be adopted, and allow learning from successes and failures. Third, it is intended to develop a network of water augmentation experts.
