Titre : Physiological and Molecular Characterisation of Indigenous Rice Landraces of Koraput in Relation to Drought Tolerance
Auteur : Swati Sakambari Mishra
Université de soutenance : Central University of Orissa
Grade : Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) 2018
Objectifs
The objectives of the present study are as follows :
1. Screening of indigenous rice landraces of Koraput to drought tolerance by using
different physiological and biochemical marker traits.
2. Physiological characterisation and phenotyping of selected indigenous rice landraces in
relation to drought stress by different physiological and biochemical parameters.
3. Molecular profiling of selected rice landraces by drought stress tolerance linked SSR
markers for determining the genetic relationship, and preparation of a genetic databank
(Microsatellite Panel) for proper genetic identification and utilization in marker assisted
breeding program.
