Objectifs
The present study focuses mainly on two aspects, isolation of culture dependent heterotrophic bacterial diversity and their bioprospects in terms of production of hydrolytic enzymes. • Physico-chemical characterization of sampling sites It has been explained in chapter 3 • Isolation and characterization of extremophilic heterotrophic bacteria from semi- arid, arid and saline environments of state of Rajasthan. It has been proofed by experimental basis and results given in chapter 3 6 • Attempt to screen the isolated extremophilies which may produce enzymes with novel properties (Ca2+-independent alpha-amylase, halophilic proteases). Experimental validation had been given in chapter 3 • Molecular identification of the isolated strains using 16S rRNA gene to evaluate novelty and phylogeny. It had been deliberated in chapter 3 • Optimization of the culture medium and physical conditions for growth and enzymes production by bacterial isolates. It had been experimentally described in chapter 3, chapter 4 and chapter 5
