Objectifs
The present investigations have been undertaken with the following objectives : 1. study of the mycoflora/fungii associated with gram and seed by isolating them in pure culture from seed samples 0btained from different agro-climatic regions . 2. Morphological and cultural studies of pathogenic fungi present on or in the seed and their identification 3. Effect of fungi on bio-deterioration, and vialbility of gram seed stored at different temperatures and relative humilities . 4 . Determination of effect of seed dressing fungicides upon seed microflora and germination. 5. Effect of method of storage on the viability of seed 6. Bio-assay of chemicals for the control of pathogernics fungi aasociated with seeds
