Objectif
The purpose of this study is to explore and underpin the role of miRNAs and DNA methylation under drought stress in wheat. To address this query, the present study has been set with the following objectives : 1. To identify and characterize drought stress-responsive miRNAs from wheat 2. To study the expression profiling of miRNAs and their targets in wheat in response to drought stress 3. To study comparative analysis of DNA methylation polymorphism in droughtsusceptible and tolerant genotypes of wheat
