Objectifs
The work has been carried out with the following objectives, 1) Selection of related wild and cultivated species responding differently to water stresses both in situ and ex situ. 2) Analyzing phenotypic variations in wild and cultivated Convolvulaceae species towards water stress. 3) Analyzing physiological and biochemical alterations in these species exposed to water deficit. 4) Analyzing miRNA expression in these species in response to water deficit.
