and morphometric analysis of the study area, which have a direct
bearing on the groundwater regime.
o Conceptualization of the aquifer system with the help of integrated
approach involving geological, hydrogeological and climatological
studies.
o To study the occurrence and movement of groundwater in the shallow
and deeper aquifers and its spatial and temporal variation.
o To study in detail, the quality of groundwater in the aquifers and its
variations with space and time.
