Résumé
Biodiversity is a very popular approach in environmental science and has long remained a central theme in ecology. Many researcher will use in study of biodiversity for elaborating biodiversity (α diversity and β diversity) like measures, vegetation studies, chemical analysis of soil and collecting plant materials. In this investigation is examining the Biodiversity of halophytes found in south Gujarat. Halophytes means which plant is grow in water reservoirs or marshy area in much of salted water. These types of plant are mostly growing in coastal area like sea coast and river bank. In the present investigation is examining of distribution of plant species, their biodiversity and plant related allied diversity measures in interaction with habitats lives in lower half of Gujarat coast from Daman to Bharuch. There are 8 location will study here. The location are including coastal region of Daman, Tithal, Purna River bank, Dandi, Dumas, Hajira, Tapi River bank, Narmada River bank(Bharuch). In this study mangroves plants and Ethnobotany of halophytes are also include so this will very useful for us in future
