Objectifs
The specific objectives of the present research study are as follows : 1. To document the socio-economit, socio-cultural and socio-religious aspects of the people in the study area ; 2. To understand the land use pattern and traditional agricultural practices ; 3. To study the traditional water harvesting systems and institutional set-up and regulations in irrigation ; 4. To delineate the native conception and perception on the utilization of forest resources ; and 5. To understand various impacts on occupational mobility and livelihood diversification in the study village.
