Objectifs
The mains OBJECTIVES of the present study are 1) To identify the various types of socio-economic linkages the town 3has with its hinterland. 2) To study the impact of the these linkages on the growth of a town and its hinterland. 3) To examine the complexity and nature of relationships that exist between various functional groups spread over in town and its hinterland and how these relationships influence the impact of town-country linkages and the growth models of towns.
