Objectifs
The present study is an attempt to assess fluoride contamination in drinking water and its impact on plants and population in the affected area of Bawal tehsil in Rewari district of Haryana with following objectives. 1. Survey of study area for collection of water samples by random sampling method. 2. Chemical analysis of water samples for the analysis of Fluoride pH Conductivity, Alkalinity, Chloride, Total Hardness, Calcium Hardness, Magnesium Hardness. 3. To estimate the fluoride content in vegatbles, cereals etc. of fluorosis endemic regions of Bawal. 4. To study the health problem of human beings and domestic animals residing in fluoride endemic regions 5. Estimate of fluoride in milk samples of Cattle in the fluoride prone area of the study area. 6. Laboratory experiment on selected crop using diffrent concentrations of fluride
