Objectifs
• To delineate the earth’s subsurface layers with the aid of 1-dimensional electrical resistivity method. • To study the spatial-temporal variations in the concentrations of geochemical constituents including major and minor ions, and trace elements of groundwatercollectedin four seasons during Pre-monsoons in June 2014 and 2015, and Post- monsoons in January 2015 and 2016. • To carry out the suitability assessment of groundwater for drinking and agricultural uses. • To recognize the locations affected by seawater intrusion in the study area so as to provide suitable remedial measures.
