Objectif (s) : To increase access to decent and equitable employment, income-generating opportunities and diversified diets for women and households headed by women

Activités
* Established eight multifunctional food processing units fitted with equipment and tools needed to process a variety of fresh seasonal products (e.g. milk, tomato and wheat) into foods such as bulgur, dairy products, jams, sauces and vinegar, with 25 women participating in the management and work of each unit.
* Established four collecting and selling centres, each consisting of a prefabricated room with equipment needed to market food, including two refrigerators, one computer, one printer, one metal safe, one desk, four chairs, and hygiene and sanitization materials.
* Designed and established producers’ and buyers’ networks after carrying out a market study to identify potential customers, food manufacturers and similar producers.
* Trained 200 women on small food business development, management of food processing production units and nutrition.
