Présentation
The main objective of this project is to protect livelihoods and safeguard food and nutrition security of vulnerable households from the adverse impacts of drought and other recent shocks. This FAO project 1) distributes livestock assistance packages, 2) provides unconditional cash transfers and cash-for-work activities and 3) provides training, information and awareness building on key protection messages and COVID-19, among other activities. The project provides humanitarian assistance to 245,000 people, including 50,000 women, 48,000 men, 145,000 children, and including 6,600 people with disabilities.
