Projet
The project aims at supporting the integration of supply chains in the food industry, in the field of Vine and Wine, promoting innovative strategies of analysis and genetic improvement of native grapes. To achieve this overall objective, the project has the following specific objectives : • the mutual promotion of local products through the application of consistent and comparable technologies for the analysis of organic vineyards ; • the harmonization of procedures for the remediation of the strains suffering ; • the development of investment opportunities in the wine sector in Tunisia ; • the socio-economic development in the border region.
