Descriptif
This project continues the ongoing support of electronic stipend payments to approximately 1,600 Federal Member State police officers in Somalia ; as well as support for adequate and appropriate institutional capacity building through logistical support of refresher and leadership trainings to those officers. Moreover, the project will resume, and contribute to improvement of, the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) -led basic police and leadership training to 400 police recruits followed by monthly stipends payments following their graduation and refresher training as appropriate
