’Production-Living-Ecological’ is the core content of territorial spatial planning,and the reasonable definition of ’Production-Living-Ecological’ is the key to optimize the spatial development pattern and rationally allocate spatial resources.In the semi-arid region of Inner Mongolia,the ecological environment is fragile,and the land resources suitable for development and utilization are limited.Accurate identification and optimization of the’Production-Living-Ecological’ can effectively alleviate the conflicts and contradictions arising from the utilization of land resources.Under the premise of ensuring food security and ecological security,it can stimulate the vitality of county’s own development,promote ecological-economic-social sustainable development,and provide some reference for the overall planning of county territorial space.Based on the basic characteristics of fragile ecological environment and generally low quality of cultivated land in Inner Mongolia and Horinger County.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of’Production-Living-Ecological’ function at the township level and the Spatial suitability evaluation index system at the grid level,and uses the evaluation results of ’Production-Living-Ecological’ function at the township level to correct the spatial suitability evaluation results.So as to realize the identification of the status quo of ’Production-Living-Ecological’ space.The same idea used to carry out the reconstruction research.According to the functional change of ’Production-Living-Ecological’ in townships from 2009 to 2019,the functional value of ’Production-Living-Ecological’ in 2035 predicted.Then correct the suitability evaluation results of’Production-Living-Ecological’ based on the prediction of land use simulation in 2035 to realize the reconstruction.By comparing and analyzing the number and spatial variation characteristics of the ’Production-Living-Ecological space’ after the identification and reconstruction of the status quo,we propose suggestions for optimizing the ’Production-Living-Ecological space’.The results and conclusions are as followed :(1)Evaluation factor selection.From the four dimensions of land use,economic situation,social development and ecological environment,15 evaluation factors selected to construct the evaluation system of’Production-Living-Ecological space’ function at the township level.According to the natural resource endowment and land use situation in the study area,nine evaluation factors selected to construct the Suitability evaluation index system of ’Production-Living-Ecological space ’ at the grid scale.(2)Status research The results of ’Production-Living-Ecological’ function evaluation showed that the production and life function values of Shengle Town were the highest,the production and life function values of Yangqugou Town were low.And the ecological function of Chengguan Town was the highest,and that of Shebiya Town was the lowest.The suitability evaluation results of ’Production-Living-Ecological space’ showed that the suitability of production and living space was similar,and they were strong in the west and northwest of the county.
