Résumé
Arid valley area of Bailong river is the shelter-forest ecological fragile area and the sensitive area,on the upper middle reaches of the Yangtze River,because of its serious vegetation ecological degradation,mudslides and landslides and other geological disasters have occurred,so serious soil and water loss,and has to the trend of the development of the desertification.Therefore,restoration of vegetation is the main measure to reconstruct the ecosystem of the area,but Choosing suitable tree species is the basis of vegetation restoration.Surveyed the Plant distribution,quantity and growth in Zhouqu forestry bureau liangshui forest field,studied the physiological reaction of the main tree species under water stress,the result as follow:1、Selection Sophora viciifolia,Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa and Xanthoceras sorbifoliaBunge,Ulmus pumila the oil olive pinosa,jinga Verbenaceae and so on,as the most important tree species to restore the ecological environment of the region ;2、Sapling and plant pit covered afforestation can obviously improve the survival rate,and it is an important technique for afforestation and application in the arid valley of Bailong river ;3、Measuring four indicators of the six tree species under water stress,found the proline plays an important role in the drought,the increased malondialdehyde content break down cellulose,and the effect of POD enzyme is greater than SOD in the removal of reactive oxygen cell membrane
