Résumé
The promotion of sponge city in China is based on the existing concepts such as low impact development,however,due to the diversity,regional and complexity of urban water problems,and involving many different industries and fields,people have different views on the basic concept,main objectives,construction approaches and evaluation indicators of sponge city,some people even have some doubts about the promotion of sponge city.Through five years of hard work,on the basis of national sponge technical standards,Atlas,greening,quota and other construction guidelines,every city has established a basic working framework,gradually completed the sponge city special planning to guide the follow-up development,some achievements have been made.This paper firstanalyzes the current research background at home and aboard,understanding the concept of sponge city construction,puts forward the significance of construction based on the concept of the sponge city.Then,this paper systematically analyzes the construction of sponge city from the aspects of planning at all levels,scheme and engineering design,field effect evaluation,and later operation and maintenance,taking Xiaohe Industrial Zone of Shanxi transition and comprehensive reform demonstration zone in northern city Taiyuan as an example,this paper takes the project design scheme of road sponge technology facilities as an example,summarize the design and construction experience,put forward improvement methods,Finally,combined with the results of the construction of pilot cities,the main contents,indicators and evaluation methods of sponge city construction efficiency assessment are studied in this paper,and a comprehensive evaluation method combining data access,model simulation and long-term on-site inspection is determined.Through the investigation and exchange of the achievements of other sponge cities in the north,it is further clarified that the arid cities in the north should develop the direction of sponge city construction based on water storage,rainwater recovery and reuse,and increasing water resources.This paper tries to combine the actual situation in a comprehensive and detailed way,puts forward the precautions and applicable conditions of sponge city concept in the construction of urban roads and open space,and provides reference for the design and construction of sponge city in the next step.
