Résumé
In the present study, we aimed to perform palynological investigations of 41 taxa belonging to 14 families by using light and scanning electron microscopy methods. Polarequatorial diameter measurements, exin-intin thicknesses and por-colpus counts of pollengrains examined using the Woodehouse method, taking semi-thin sections and different dyeingmethods. Surface ornamentations were determined by electron microscope. According to theresults obtained, in 39 of the 41 taxa that were collected from the arid and halophytic plantscollection and studied, the exine thickness was found to be greater than the intin thickness. A.ketenoglui and A. anatolica species , intine thickness were measured more than exinethicknesses.The exins of Asteraceae, Boraginaceae, Brassicaceae, Campanulaceae, Cistaceae, Crassulaceae, Plantaginaceae, Poaceae family species are tectate-columellate, that is, continuous tectate structure on columella ; The exins of the species of the family Caryophyllaceae, Fabaceae, Lamiaceae, Scrophulariaceae are tectate-perforate that is interrupted in places ; It was found that some of the exins of the species of the Iridaceae family are tectate columellate and some are tectate-perforate. Surface ornaments showed a wide variety.
