Résumé
The research was conducted on intensity of drying (drought duration) on resistance and resilience of soil microorganisms, depending on vegetation (reeds, forests and meadows).Two experiments with different drought duration (4 days and 28 days) and the same period of soil moisture (28 days) were performed. In harmony with the impact of drought on the observed microbiological parameters (dynamics of bacteria, ability to produce biofilm, microbial dehydrogenase activity in soil and biofilm) are expected changes in the measurement of physical - chemical parameters (pH, electrical conductivity, DW, AW, the mass of organic matter in the soil, the amount of moisture). A significant impact of drought duration on the observed dependent variables was established for all three types of vegetation cover, during both experiments. Type of plant cover (reeds, forests, meadows) has a significant influence on the observed dependent variables, that is the environmental factors of soil, during both experiments.
