The intervention aims and contributing to counteract the negative consequences of the Iraqi humanitarian crises for the population which was directly affected and improve the living standards of refugees, internally displaced, returnees and hosting communities, by providing support to local authorities for the rehabilitation of the basic services in the impacted areas (this facilitating the returns of the displaced in the areas of origin), and for the strengthening od such services
