Description
The initiative aims to improve the quality of the nursing curriculum and of the clinical practice in the Kurdistan region of Iraq through a series of capacity building, technical assistance and coaching activities. the project will proceed to a revision of the training plans provided by the main universities of the area, with the aim of updating the plans to most recent international standards and standardize the offer across the region. A series of capacity building and coaching initiatives will accompany this conponent, including study visits in Italy and missions of Italian medical staff to iRAQ. The initiative also foresees a support in the frafting of the reference training material and of the governance documents that shall guide the reform of the health sector.
