Descriptif
The winterization project is a one of the intervention that aims at helping the IDPs, Returnees and poorest vulnerable families of the communities who are not just deserving to be supported but really needs to prevent them from suffering during the cold winter. This project will provide heating material (Fire woods) and Blankets to 4000 poor eligible target beneficiaries who have been displaced of internal war from different provinces and currently living in Kabul, Bamyan & Nangarhar Provinces in very hardship and facing difficulties in surviving the winter. Food items (including wheat flour, cooking oil, sugar, rice and bean) will be distributed to the 800 families, who are distress families who lack to feed their families with adequate food items, and are not able to feed their families with sufficient food three time a day. The prime focus in this intervention will be to target IDPs, Returnees and poor families (earning less than AFG 200 a day) with the largest number of dependants (over5) ; especially infants, young children, the elderly, widows, female headed families, orphans dependant families as well as smaller families with disabled or elderly family members.
