Islamic Relief Afghanistan through this humanitarian winterization project will respond to the immediate needs of recently affected families due to heavy snow fall in Paghman district (Chap Dara village), PD12 adn PD21 areas of Kabul province. The immediate needs identified by IRA team are the food items, fire wood, Blankets as the winterization packages. IRA through this project will provide 560 packages to the target refugee returnees families in the mentioned areas. These families are newly returned from neighbouring countries and do not have proper living spaces. The food packages designed for these families are the standard package introduced by the food security cluster, by calculating the minimum standard needs of the family average 7 during the emergencies.
