Présentation
Promotion and support of the civil society of the Oriental region for participation in the management of public affairs at the local level. The opening up of regional and local institutional actors is encouraged through spaces for dialogue and consultation (studydays, round tables, meetings between leaders and alliance building) and through the different participatory mechanisms. This will create a climate of trust that allows the priorities of vulnerable groups in the population to be taken into account.

It is importantto be able to introduce a new culture based on openness, dialogue, sharing and understanding of the roles of each stakeholder. Thus, we have given importance and a special place to the communal officials and the partner associations to explore ways of collaboration and working together and to harmonize the vision in relation to the process of promoting citizen participation. Media coverage and the implementation of training to other associations in the region facilitated their adherence to the dynamics of the project and enabled the consolidation of achievements, including the strengthening of skills in monitoring the management of the action.
