Résumé
The project will provide scholarship for 15 young orphans from our programs that have recently obtained their high school diploma. The objective is to help them pursue their educational goals and achieve their dreams by enrolling in college of higher vocational studies, for a 2/3 years
program. The scholarships program will empower these young people by removing the financial burdens associated with higher education and providing skill based support to enhence employability.
Contexte
SOS Childerns Villages focuses on children having lost family support with the aim of offering them permanent loving homes and preparing them for an autonomous adult life. Ensuring that they go as far as they can in their educational path is a requirement if we are to help them succeed in entering the job market.
Présentation
The scholarship program will lift financial burden from scholars and help them focus on their education and training. The program has also non financial conponment, as part the organisation’s strategy for youth employability : We support young people on their way to employment and independence through a special focus on youth empowerment (Mentorship, Coaching, networking, entrepreneurship training, skills sharing ...)

Support 15 young men and women on their way to employment and independence through a special focus on youth empowerment. Creating Merit based models for younger generation of beneficiaries from SOS programs
