Présentation
Mitigating conflict over Water (MCW) is a pilot project of NRM which Oxfam will implement it in partnership with Afghan Resilience Consortium (ARC) leaded by Afghanaid. The aim of this pilot is to adapt the available conflict analysis and conflict mitigation tools for the Afghan context, specifically for management of water resources at community level, and to develop a scalable model on water governance and peace building. The project duration is six months starting from November 2017 and ending in March 2018 ; and it will be undertaken in four provinces of Afghanistan Badakshan, Takhar, Jawzjan and Bamyan
