Oxfam Senegal has defined in its 2010-2015 strategy that youth should play a key role in partnership with civil society organizations on topics related to sustainable livelihoods , Education and Civic and political participation. Youth and particularly women needskills to actively be involved and play their role in the process of decisions making. With needed, after the recent democratic changes in Senegal, a research to identify partners in civil society for the good governance program.
