Knowledge is Power ! Invest in the growth and capacity of Palestine’s greatest asset ! And Support young Palestinian Professionals ! We aim to give Palestinian recent university graduates in the West Bank : 1) an edge in the job market, 2) knowledge to better equip them for success in the workplace, and 3) strengthen their confidence in their professional abilities.

We see the value of helping to develop and improve the professional skills and capabilities of Palestine’s future generation, because we believe this will help give recent university graduates an advantage in the job market by helping to enhance their chances of employment and to better prepare them for the realities and expectations of the professional world. Training and preparation is important for the professional success of Palestinian young professionals !

Our Professional Development Program aims to help recent university graduates obtain practical knowledge and skills that will help them in their job-hunting efforts and better equip them for the work environment. Our organization lets the experts on ground provide the training to participants.Examples of some topics that have been offered include, but are not limited to the following subjects:Time management ;Computer skills ; CV writing & interview skills ; Business writing skills ;Leadership, etc

The more young professionals we are able to invest in, the more we believe that over time, this will help boost the overall professional wellbeing of Palestinians in the West Bank, and help contribute to the economic stability and growth in Palestine.
