In the context poverty eradication, our Foundation works in rural areas where 77% of the population of Burkina Faso live. Agricultural incomes are low, access to education and water is difficult and the capacity for action of the local communities remains weak.

Bénéficiaires :
Direct beneficiaries are the inhabitants of the target villages whose numbers are estimated at : about 23 000 people in the diocese of Banforaabout 40 000 inhabitants in the diocese of Bobo Dioulassoabout 29 000 inhabitants in the diocese of Dédougouabout 25 000 inhabitants in the diocese of Nouna
The main criteria for the selection of villages are poverty, the existence of investment opportunities and geographic integration. In addition, the project will also benefit to the diocesan OCADES and the public and private local institutions participating in the project.

Partenaires : Our local partners are the 4 sub-branches of the Organisation catholique pour le développement et la solidarité (OCADES) Burkina of the concerned diocèses.

Financement : The projet is funded up to 80% by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and up to 1,5% by the beneficiaries. The remaining 18,5% have to be funded by CPS through donations.
Budget  : The total budget is set at € 7 280 000 million for the period 2019 to 2023, in average 364 000 € per year per IDP.
