Aperçu du projet
Teacher Standards are one of nine key dimensions that are considered crucial to any comprehensive teacher policy. In an effort to understand and define what makes a good teacher and promote teacher competency and professionalism, an increasing number of countries are developing professional standards for teachers. This contributes to the overall aim of improving education quality and learner outcomes. Teacher standards refer to expectations about teachers’ knowledge, competences and attributes, and desirable level of performance. For Namibia, the focus for this phase is to support the costing and analysis of the physical and financial sustainability of the Teacher Demand and Supply system.

Budget cumulé : US$ 15,000.00
