Présentation
The project aims at developing an alternative model for livelihood creation (= income generation) for marginalized youth in Namibia under the auspices of RLabs Namibia. In the framework of the project the youth will be engaged into designing and generating their own innovative services to address issues such as unemployment training opportunities entrepreneurship and self-actualization. The focus is hereby on the fact that the youth will develop these services themselves based on their needs environment experience and skills and that they assume responsibility in the long run. Innovation refers to solutions that are new in the Namibian context and that add value to the youth ?s current situation (for example a SMS based job matching and ranking system addressing the problem of finding short-term employment in Havana informal settlement Katutura).
