Présentation
The key objective of the project is to safeguard the food security and livelihoods of the most vulnerable groups in the most drought-affected areas of the country. This FAO project includes procurement and distribution of high-fiber ranch pellets, as supplementary animal feed for livestock, as well as refresher sessions on feed management for the agricultural extension workers who will be providing the frontline distribution. The project provides humanitarian assistance to 92,650 people, including 24,460 women, 14,639 men, 53,552 children, and including 4,355 persons with disabilities.
