Présentation
The nutrition engagement under this project focuses on securing essential nutrition supplies and scaling-up the provision of lifesaving nutrition activities in anticipation of the increased malnutrition burden. UNICEF works with both NGO partners and the State Ministries of Health in the implementation, targeting 80,000 affected people. The WASH engagement reaches the most vulnerable communities with immediate, life-saving water supply, including water trucking and rehabilitation of existing water facilities, construction of new emergency water facilities, as well as operation and maintenance services. The project is targeting 600,000 affected people with its WASH component.
