Présentation
As part of the inter-sectoral and inter-agency approach to respond to the humanitarian response in Ma’rib, Al Jawf and Hadramawt, UNICEF uses CERF funding to provide water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), health, nutrition and child protection assistance, and supports the rapid response mechanism for newly displaced people with hygiene kits. This assistance targets the immediate needs of displaced people and vulnerable communities resulting from the recent escalation of conflict and moving frontlines in the three governorates. The project targets 48,902 affected people with its Health engagement, 187,041 with Nutrition, 40,400 with Protection and 120,313 with WASH activities.
