Although my country is a country with a large alfalfa planting area,the output of high-quality alfalfa hay is insufficient,and a large amount of imports have been required every year since 2010.The inland arid area of the Hexi Corridor in Gansu is an important production base for high-quality alfalfa hay in my country.However,due to its location in the inland,arid climate and serious shortage of water resources,how to use limited water resources to produce high-quality alfalfa hay is not only relevant The vital economic interests of every alfalfa grower are also related to the development of the regional alfalfa industry and the high-efficiency use of water resources.This research is based on the Shiyang River Field Station of National Oasis Agricultural High-efficiency Water,and through field trials,6irrigation treatments are set up : A1-25%ET0(89.54mm),A2-50%ET0(179.07mm),A3-75%ET0(268.61mm),A4-100%ET0(358.14mm),A5-125%ET0(447.69mm),A6-150%ET0(537.22mm)and CK(natural rainfall 127.6mm).The growth status,nutritional quality,leaf protein and other indicators of alfalfa(MF4020)under different irrigation treatments,and the following results were obtained:There are obvious differences in plant height and other characteristics and yield of alfalfa under different irrigation amounts.The test results showed that the increase in irrigation volume increased the plant height and stem thickness,but the increase was not significant in the treatments A5 and A6 ;the increase in irrigation volume caused the stem-leaf ratio to rise first,then decrease,and then rise.The CK in the second crop was the lowest,and the A1 treatment in the third crop was the lowest,indicating that only reasonable irrigation can promote the growth and stem-leaf ratio of alfalfa.Excessive irrigation will increase the stem-leaf ratio and affect the quality of alfalfa.With the increase of irrigation amount,the performance of alfalfa hay yield increased and then decreased,and the yield of A3 treatment was the largest.The amount of irrigation has a significant impact on the quality of alfalfa.The experiment showed that under the continuous increase of irrigation volume,the content of crude protein increased and then decreased,and the A3 treatment was the peak.In each crop,the higher crude protein content is dominated by the second crop.The increase in the content of neutral and acid detergent fiber and the irrigation volume showed a trend of rising first,then falling,and then rising.NDF and ADF were lower in the first crop of A4 treatment,the second crop of A5 treatment was lower,and the third crop of A4 treatment was lower.,The fiber content of the third crop is higher during the stubble.According to the water balance method,the evapotranspiration ETa during the growth period of alfalfa was calculated,and the relationship model between alfalfa yield and ETa and the relationship model between alfalfa quality and ETa were established respectively.The water yield models of the three crops of alfalfa are all nonlinear,and when the water reaches a certain amount,the yield has a downward trend.Alfalfa hay crude protein(Crude protein,CP)yield and ETa also showed a non-linear relationship,and the degree of non-linearity between CP content and ETa was better.The degree of fit between fiber content and ETa is poor.Except for the third crop of neutral detergent fibers and the third crop of acid detergent fibers,the R2 is above 0.5,and the rest are below 0.5.In summary,under the treatment of A3-75%ET0(268.61mm),the growth,yield and quality of alfalfa are the best.In addition,the effects on alfalfa leaf protein under different irrigation rates were also observed.The results showed that the crude protein and crude protein extraction rate of alfalfa leaf protein increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of irrigation amount.The yield of leaf protein under A2 treatment was the most ideal ;with the increase of irrigation amount,leaf protein The content of amino acids in A3 increased first and then decreased,and the content of each amino acid reached the maximum in A3 treatment
