Résumé
In this study, the effect of different rootstocks on table grape varieties, which grown in waterless conditions, of grape quality, the pomological properties of the seeds, seed fatty acid compositions, the stomata morphologies, the plant nutrient content in the leaves, were researched at Şanlıurfa in 2017-2018 growing seasons. In the study, 6 table grape varieties (Red Globe, Trakya İlkeren, Ata Sarısı, Barış, Hatun Parmağı, Horoz Karası) that were grafted on two different American grape rootstocks (1103 P and 110 R) were examined. It was determined that there were differences between the grape varieties in all of the grape quality criteria examined. On the other hand, it has been determined that rootstocks used in the vineyard have direct effects on yield, number of clusters, number of the berry in the cluster, number of the unmarketable berry in the cluster, and yield of must, but they have no effect on other properties examined. In addition, it was determined that the climatic characteristics of the year had a great influence on the quality of fresh grapes. Accordingly, it was determined that in the more rainy years the grape yield, cluster weight, yield of must and tartaric acid amount of the table grape varieties, which grow in anhydrous conditions, increased. Horoz Karası variety became prominent in terms of grape yield, cluster number, berry size, and yield of the must. 1103 P has been found to increase yield, cluster number, and yield of must, compared to 110 R. It has been determined that 1103 P rootstock delay the exit of the dormancy and delay reaching the full blooming period of the table grape varieties. However, it was determined that 1103 P does not affect the time of the full blooming-veraison period and veraison-harvest period. Nevertheless, due to this early vegetation period difference, table grapes which grafted on 1103 P rootstock, have been found late to reach harvest maturity. It has been determined that there are significant differences between the grape varieties in terms of stomata characteristics, but the effects of the rootstock used in the vineyard are limited. The highest stoma density, potential conductivity index and relative stomatal surface were determined in Horoz Karası grape variety. It is determined that the stoma density, stoma width, stoma shape coefficient, stomatal surface, potential conductivity index and the relative stomatal surface of the vines increase in drier conditions. In addition, it was determined that stomatal density in leaves decreased as the vegetation period progressed. Table grape varieties’ seeds differ from each other in terms of both pomological and chemical contents, it was determined that this difference was caused by the grape genotypes and the rootstock used in the vineyard had no effect on them. It has been determined that the fatty acid composition and amount of total oil in grape seeds vary depending on the grape variety, rootstock used in the vineyard, and years. From high content to down, the fatty acids in grape seed oils were found Linoleic acid> Oleic acid> Palmitic acid> Stearic acid> Trans-elaidic acid. In addition, it was determined that the nutrient content of the leaves varies according to the grape cultivars examined and the rootstocks used. It was concluded that cultivating Hatun Parmağı and Horoz Karası grape varieties and the use of 1103 P rootstock is suitable in semi-arid climatic conditions.
