Résumé partiel
Chives present one of the productive options, to improve the economic income of farmers, due to their adaptability, in different means of production. The research work was carried out in the Hogar Santa Aquilina, belonging to the Papa Juan XXIII Community, the objective of the research was to evaluate three planting densities of the chive crop (Allium schoenoprasum L.) under protected environment and in field conditions open Mecapaca - La Paz. In the research work, the transplant of chives was carried out, on November 10, 2019, two study factors were evaluated, environment and planting density, in the first factor protected environment and open field, the second factor planting density, evaluating (80, 26 and 16 plants/m2 .), at a planting frame of (0.05, 0.15 and 0.25 m.) between plants by 0.25 m. between rows respectively, a completely randomized design was used, with a bifactorial arrangement of 6 treatments and 3 repetitions randomly distributed in 18 experimental units. The variables evaluated in the research work were, agronomic variables (percentage of seizure at transplant, foliage height, number of leaves, diameter of false stem, diameter of bulb), performance variables (weight of plant and yield t/ha) and economic variables benefit cost (B/C), for each treatment. The results obtained show that there are differences between study factors, with significant differences between environments, in which the development of the plant is noted, an increase in the number of leaves, in less time in a protected environment compared to open field, for the factor Planting density differences are more notable growth in plant height and number of leaves at a 0.15 m planting frame. compared to a plantation frame of 0.05 m. which did not have the same development. In the economic analysis, the best performance recorded for a planting density of 80 plants/m 2 , both in a protected environment and in an open field, the cost benefit (B/C), for a protected environment at this density is 1.86, this indicates that for each Boliviano invested the profit is 0.86 Bs, where there is the recovery of the investment, the cost benefit for open field production is 2.17 this indicates that there is a greater profit, for each Boliviano invested the The profit is 1.17 Bs. For the other treatments, the cost benefit is the recovery of the investment in production.
