Résumé
El derecho a la educación inclusiva ha sido un desafío para los modelos tradicionales educativos, y al mismo tiempo se ha considerado como una nueva oportunidad para seguir promoviendo el respeto, la tolerancia, la unión, la equidad y la solidaridad en los escenarios educativos. Reconocer, amar la plurietnia y la multiculturalidad de nuestro país es la mayor demostración de amor e inclusión. Es desde esta premisa donde nace esta investigación con un grupo de 23 estudiantes pertenecientes a la comunidad Wayúu, con la finalidad de conocer los valores y derechos que vinculan a estos estudiantes del grado cuarto de primaria de la Institución Etnoeducativa Rural Villa Fátima sede Taguaira, en el departamento de la Guajira, a su identidad cultural. La presente investigación se llevó a cabo mediante una metodología cualitativa, para ello se desarrollaron entrevistas semiestructuradas y grupo focal, obteniendo así un análisis de los datos desarrollados mediante cuatro categorías principales : Necesidades básicas, Valores ancestrales, Planta Física y Recursos Pedagógicos, siendo la identidad cultural con los Valores ancestrales y derechos que la constituyen la categoría central. The right to inclusive education has been a challenge for traditional education models while, at the same time, it has also been considered as a new opportunity for continuing the promotion of respect, tolerance, union, equity and solidarity in the educational sphere. Recognizing and embracing the multiethnic and multicultural nature of our country is the greatest demonstration of love and inclusion. It is from this premise that this investigation is born, together with a group of 23 students from the Wayúu community, in order to get to know the values and rights that bind these students from the fourth grade of elementary school, at the “Institución Etnoeducativa Rural Villa Fátima”, Taguaira headquarters, in the Department of La Guajira, with their cultural identity. This investigation was carried out through a qualitative methodology. For that purpose, semi-structured interviews were conducted, together with focus groups, that resulted in an analysis of data developed through four main categories : basic needs, ancestral values, physical infrastructure and pedagogic resources. Cultural identity, together with ancestral values and rights, were the main category.
