Résumé
El objetivo general de la presente investigación, se basó en analizar el turismo vivencial en el corregimiento de La Junta, municipio de San Juan del Cesar – La Guajira, partiendo de lo importante que es la actividad turística para la economía de la zona, por ello se recurrió a una metodología apoyada en enfoque positivista basado en la observación para después proceder a probar los hechos, además se trata de una investigación de tipo descriptiva y aplicada, porque consiste en explorar el comportamiento del fenómeno para luego describir posibles soluciones al problema, por ello el diseño se ubica dentro de un estudio no experimental de campo y transversal, en la medida que no hubo necesidad de ejecutar experimentos químicos en laboratorio para obtener los datos buscados, en efecto, se construyó una herramienta de recolección tipo encuesta, la cual influyó en la incorporación al núcleo del fenómeno explorado, a partir de ahí, se pudo indagar a los 284 habitantes que hicieron parte del marco poblacional, a partir de ese paso se pudo evidenciar algunas falencias como la falta de preparación del recurso humano, al momento de ejercer los servicios de atención al cliente, de igual modo se estableció que la infraestructura física de la zona no tiene la capacidad para soportar los cambios en el crecimiento de la demanda, en conclusión la localidad en indagación no ha logrado desarrollar su máximo potencial en esta clase de negocios, debido a las debilidades antes mencionadas.

The general objective of the present investigation was based on analyzing the experiential tourism in the village of La Junta, municipality of San Juan del Cesar - La Guajira, based on the importance of tourist activity for the economy of the area, therefore a methodology supported by a positivist approach based on observation was used to then proceed to test the facts, it is also a descriptive and applied type of research, because it consists of exploring the behavior of the phenomenon and then describing possible solutions to the problem, In the same way, its design is characterized by being non-experimental in the field and transversal, since the scientific experiment in the laboratory was not used to obtain the information, on the contrary, it built a survey instrument through which the researcher joined the epicenter of the study to investigate the 284 inhabitants who were part of the population framework, from that step it was possible to evidence some shortcomings such as the lack of preparation of human resources, at the time of exercising customer service, in the same way it was established that the physical infrastructure of the area does not have the capacity to withstand changes in the growth of demand, in conclusion, the locality under investigation has not been able to develop its maximum potential in this kind of business, due to the aforementioned weaknesses.
