Résumé
La investigación se desarrolló en la cuenca baja del río Moche teniendo como objetivo elaborar el Diagnostico ambiental. Siguiendo la metodología de la Gerencia Regional de Recursos Naturales y Gestión del Medio Ambiente en base a los componentes biofísicos, socioeconómicos, socioculturales e identificación de problemas ambientales, se analizó la revisión bibliográfica existente de manera virtual explorando los repositorios de diferentes entidades competentes, la información recopilada se sintetizo y organizo en el programa Microsoft Excel dicha información se procesó en cuadros de doble entrada y en figuras usando estadística descriptiva. La cuenca baja del rio Moche presenta un clima variado, de árido a semiárido, debido a la temperatura, precipitación y humedad relativa, comprende 10 quebradas distribuyéndose en el margen derecho e izquierdo del rio, cuenta con fuentes de agua subterránea representada por el acuífero y fuentes artificiales. Sus principales actividades económicas son : Agricultura, industria, ganadería y turismo, así también se indica los principales problemas ambientales que afectan la cuenca baja del rio Moche siendo la contaminación de agua, aire y suelo. Se describe que el diagnóstico ambiental es negativo debido a la contaminación que afecta a la población, así como flora y fauna trayendo consigo una serie de enfermedades

The investigación was developed in the lower basin of the Moche River with the objective of elaborating the Environmental Diagnosis. Following the methodology of the Regional Management of Natural Resources and Environmental Management based on the biophysical, socioeconomic, sociocultural components and identification of environmental problems, the existing bibliographic review was analyzed virtually by exploring the repositories of different competent entities, the information collected was synthesized and organized in the Microsoft Excel program, said information was processed in double-entry tables and figures using descriptive statistics. The lower basin of the Moche River has a varied climate, from arid to semi-arid, due to temperature, precipitation and relative humidity, it comprises 10 streams distributed on the right and left banks of the river, it has underground water sources represented by the aquifer and artificial sources. Its main economic activities are : Agriculture, industry, livestock and tourism, as well as indicating the main environmental problems that worsen the lower Moche River basin, being the contamination of water, air and soil. It is described that the environmental diagnosis is negative due to the pollution that affects the population, as well as the flora and fauna, bringing with it a series of diseases.
