Résumé
The aim of this study was to isolate new alkalophilic from differnt five taxa. the work began by collection of thirty soil samples from differnt five localities representing wadi sannur, egypt. this valley is one of the famous valleys in tne eastern desert of egypt and as far as we know, did not investigated microbiologically up till now. we think that we could isolate new txta from this new habitat. the climatic parameters (tempertaure, rainfall, relative humidity, wind speed and evaporation)prevailing in tne study area were given. the soli analysis (soli texture, anion content, organic matter content, ph and electric conductivity)of the collected soil samples was determined. the climatic paramerters recorded revealed that this area is located in tne hyperarid zone characteristics of the collected soil samples showed that all of them were sandy solis. the soli samples varied from slightly to moderate alkaline and also from non-saline to slightly saline.
