Résumé partiel
The objectives of this investigation are to study the effect of dual inoculation with rhizobia and mycorrhizal fungus under three intervals of irrigation and three levels of NPK mineral fertilizers on the growth, yield, oil and protein concentration and chemical content of peanut plants, in addition using the 16 S RNA technique to identify the obtained isolates.
The experiment was carried out during the seasons of 2018 and 2019 at Faculty of Agriculture Saba Basha, Alexandria University, and at Aingallot village located at Markz Badr, Behera, Egypt.
Two field experiments were laid out in a split–split –plot design with three replicates, three intervals of irrigation (every 3, 6 and 9 days) as the main plot. Whereas, three levels of NPK fertilizers (0, 75 and 100%) were randomly distributed in the sub- plot, while the inoculation treatments (control, mycorrhizal fungus AMF, rhizobium R, AMF+R, rhizobium R and AMF+R2) were arranged in the sub – sub plots. Locally propagated cultivar of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.), Giza 6 was planted on 25th of April in 2018 and 5th of May 2019 seasons ; grains were planted to the field under Drip irrigation to measure the following parameters
1. Isolation of microorganisms and inoculums preparation
2. The percentage of mycorrhizal root colonization
3. Number of nodules/plants
4. Growth parameters
